Susie is originally from Rhinebeck, New York and has traveled the world through a 15 year career in snowboarding where she worked as a freelance photographer and writer, Associate Editor for Snowboarder Magazine, Burton Women's Team Manager and Editor in Chief for Snowboard Magazine. Documenting Floyd has been an instinct from the day the two met. Susie combined her love of photography with Floyd's love of hamming it up and the rest, as they say, is history. Floyd has so much personality that the captions write themselves! Floyd The Lion, the brand, is an outlet for Susie to work with Floyd and friends to create fun content and products that revolve around her favorite fluffy guy. She loves that Floyd brings positivity to the world and that they can give back through philanthropic partnerships.
